About AVE I/E.29 ST. 1 BR, 1 rental

Hi: Emailing about this listing I found in Jewish press. I wanted to know if this rental is available for a five or six month lease starting in January. I’m a Professor from a university outside of NYC who will be doing a half sabbatical in Columbia and those dates (January to June 2022) would be times in which I’d need a place to stay in. Likewise how large is this apartment and what floor is it on?
